Refund policy

Instaklik Books sells digital products. Every title is an e-book delivered as an instant download, so there is nothing to return once it has been sent.

All sales are final

Because our books are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once they have been accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital downloads under ordinary circumstances.

Exceptions

We will refund or replace your purchase in two situations. First, if you did not receive your download within 24 hours of buying and our support was unable to resolve it. Second, if the file is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to supply a working replacement.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, write to info@instaklikbooks.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

VIP Membership

Membership charges are not refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us first and we will try to put it right. If a chargeback is raised without any prior contact, we will dispute it and provide the transaction records to your bank.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, that right applies in addition to this policy.
